The FDA recently reported that a chemical found in black henna could cause allergic reactions. Traditional henna, which is reddish-brown in colour, originates from a flowering plant. It has been used to dye hair, henna art on hands for centuries. But black henna has a different story. It may include coal tar, hair dye with (PPD), an ingredient that can cause dangerous skin reactions in some peoples.

Cosmetics can be double-edged sword. Used correctly they can enhance our beauty and make us look perfect, however if applied  in a wrong way, the results can be disastrous. Most of us make beauty mistakes on a daily basis.

Today, I would like to share some Celebrity Makeup Mistakes/Disasters that you want to avoid when applying makeup. I hope it will helps you look your best always.

Makeup Disaster 1: Wrong Concealer

If you have dark under eye circles, try colour correctors. Apply concealer after applying foundation this covers most of your imperfections and you wouldn't need to much concealer.

Makeup Disaster 2: Heavy Foundation

There is so many foundation shades available in market. The best way as far as i know to check your foundation colour is apply it on your jawline. If it blends into your skin well then that's the perfect shade for you! However be sure to apply your foundation on your neck also.

Makeup Disaster 3: Shimmery Shadow & Face

If you just want a natural look, avoid shimmer eyeshadow & blusher. This is more important for older woman too as shimmer draws more attention to your wrinckles.
                                                 

Makeup Disaster 4: Tinted Teeth

Apply Lipstick and blot next, rub a cotton swab across your teeth to remove any trace of pigment. Then dip the opposite end of the swab into petroleum jelly, and rub it over your front teeth.

Makeup Disaster 5: Dark Lipline

Always use a lip liner that matches or closely complements your lipstick, or try a clear lip liner. A clear lipliner is always best option, because it won't noticeably settle into lines around the mouth as the day goes on.

Makeup Disaster 6: Clumpy Eyelashes

Clumpy thick mascara on lashes makes you clumsy. Always use mascara with caution and let it dry on your lashes before letting them touch your lid area. It requires precision and can easily ruin your makeup and  under eye concealing job.

2.Keep dark shadows on the outer part of the eye

4.Accent lower lash line with Glitter Liner

5.Apply white or flesh-colored eyeliner to waterline

For a typical black, brown or gray smoky eye, apply liner in one of those colors above the upper lash line, drawing line thicker in the middle of eye.

 If you're opting for a jewel-toned eye, violet, green, blue make a gorgeous smokey eye, line eyes with a purple, dark blue or deep green liner. 

Apply a few coats of mascara so lashes are thick and dark. If you don't have naturally long, curled lashes, curl them with a lash curler first.

Glitter Eye Makeup for Festive Look

In this tutorial, we learn how to apply glitter eye makeup. 

First, apply foundation and concealer to the eyelid and underneath the bottom of the eye until it's pressed on. 

Then, apply foundation to the rest of the eye. From here, apply a glitter shadow to the eye using a fluffy brush. 

Then, use a small angled brush to apply the glitter color on the bottom lash line of the eye. From here, you will apply black eyeliner to the waterline and then finish the look off with mascara on the top and bottom lashes. 

Add on extra glitter to the eyelid but make sure you cover the face from the glitter and apply slowly!

1. Using a black gel liner with a very thin brush gently drag the brush along your lash line. 

2. Starting from the center of your eye toward the outer corner of your eye.

3. The trick is to line as close to the lashes as possible.

4. The firmer you press the brush, the thicker the line will be.

5. Use a hands-free mirror and keep your eye relaxed and slightly open as you line.

After you have lined both eyes, be sure to compare the liner on each eye. Are they even? If not, simply take a pointed q-tip and lightly drag the line along the eye to make it symmetrical to the other eye.
